Its called reporting colour the more you repot the more your colour changes you go from yellow to green to blue then to orange and if you have gone reporting mad you go red! If anyone tells you any think else do not believe them!

It is done with the marquee tags, but I'm not sure why yours isn't working rod. Let's see if this does.
