Ab Editorial used to have the facility whereby questions in the wrong topics could be moved.
What are the chances of that being re-introduced?

About 100% chance of reintroduction... when is a different matter.

It is something I was thinking would be handy for moderators. Or maybe create another user group who can just make edits and move posts which get lost? User editors for example?

Huh? Odd you think anyone gets paid!

I think a group of trusted users who could edit titles of questions and their location would be handy. Open to abuse of course, but then, they wouldn't be user editors for much longer if they started messing about!
