about a week ago I signed a petition to stop our medical records being sold, tonight I was contacted again by Phil Boot[[email protected]] and it said "you can now opt out of your medical records being uploaded to care.date using faxyourgp.com and I went on the link and gave my details and my GP came up and I agreed, they asked for dob and address but that only no bank details which I would have smelt a rat, but now I am worried its a scam.If what can I do ? it seemed so genuine.

Looks legit Dee - don't worry
No, its genuine enough. They require DoB and address to correctly identify you to your GP.

However, if you are still concerned, but wish to opt-out,visit your surgery in person and inform them.
