Had a great rehoming weekend. All the kittens homed & some lovely adult cats. Also taken in more lovely cats which shouldn't be here too long as all got fantastic temperaments.

We don't just take in cats they have to go on a waiting list first which could be up to 6 months!!

mccfluff - it's not like you to talk about Murphy like that - I thought you said she was an evil psycho cat.

When I went to adopt my first cat the CPL 'accidentally' aged him as 3 year old instead of about 13 years old. I would never have intentionally adopted such an old cat but I never regretted getting him. He was with my for 5 years and was a grumpy old man - opinionated about everything, grumpy and short tempered.

I think that the older cats are overlooked and it is sad as they have much to offer.
she is but i can hardly get rid off her talking about her like than now can i....

(i was just being silly, we're together for life!)
I don't understand how some people can get rid of a cat just because their life changes.

Murphy's your baby, Frankie and Merlin are mine - they are all evil spitballs, but I love my two very much.
i wouldn;t call her my baby, she's my evil sidekick, or i'm hers, i'm never quite sure which!

well she sat on my pillow snorted yelled and pulled my hair to get me up, then as a final shot dribbled on my face
