POND FISH

I HAVE A FISH POND BUILT LAST SUMMER. A FEW WEEKS AGO I CLEANED THE POND AND STARTED TO FEED BUT THE FISH ( GOLD FISH, COMETS AND KOI ) ARE NOT EATING. THE WATER TESTED OK.
CAN ANYBODY SUGGEST WHY?

You say you cleaned the pond. Do you mean you totally drained it after removing fish, then cleaned it? What water did you replace it with, and did you use a chlorine filter?
The fish haven't fed at all since you cleaned the pond or have they just stopped feeding recently?
Fish do get stressed and will sulk/skulk on the bottom after a clean especially if you had to remove them.
Any sign of Herons around your pond?
