can cats eat

pork? just that my partner says not so have to make sure they don't nick our sausages etc However i have friends who think cats can eat pork.

Well my cat eats anything put in front of her! Don't know if she is supposed to or not. It's never really a good idea to give cats food from your plate anyway.

Yes, they can eat pork. Or any other meat. I suspect that a diet of nothing but meat might not be enough, as wild cats also eat the guts of animals they catch, so get some vegetable food that way -- but a bit of meat as well as cat food is fine. I had a cat once which liked mashed potato, and another which loved crisps and other salty snacks -- I'd not advise giving too much of those, but a few can't hurt. I agree that you shouldn't feed animals off your own plate -- it makes them over-demanding, and fat. Food at meal-times.

Well I don't know if the same 'rule', as such, applies to cats but dog trainers will generally tell you not to feed your dogs 'pig meat' as it is the meat closest to that of humans..

How big is your cat, Eno-missy? Unless you are most unusually petite, I think you're probably safe from being eaten...

I think cats should be ok eating pork as lng as they dont eat a lot of it. it might make them sick!
