treat her like a new puppy, take her out regularly, ie: after eating, sleeping and during play, and praise her up when she does good, lots of people use a word like wee wee time and dogs learn to associate it with the act.

She is probably quite stressed at the moment, and needs lots of TLC and patience.

she only does it wen am not in the house wen am in a keep leting her out and at night she she wees and poos in her basket even tho i let her out before i go bed
Sounds like she is suffering from separation anxiety.. Try getting her a cage, so she has somewhere of her own where she can feel more secure. Dogs rarely soil their bed area, and you can use it to give her some time alone in small doses even when you are about, so she gets used to spending time on her own but knowing you are still around.
Our dog did this when we got her age 6 months, she would go upstairs to do her business, then come down again.

She has regular walks, but wouldn't perform outside.

After about 6 weeks she settled down and stopped going in the house.

I guess you dog just needs to get used to you and its new home.
