Tree identification

I am trying to identify a tree which has purple flowers (somewhat like a horsechestnut) (flowering now) with leaves like a Mimosa or Albizia and in autumn (and throughout winter) has orange fruit/seed pods. The tree is around 3 metres tall but I have no idea of its age. Any ideas please.
