Using Evaporated Goats Milk for weaning Chihuahuas!

I have three, 4 week old Chihuahuas, I need to start weaning. I use Canidae All Stages, and would like to add evaporated goats milk, to the dry food, to get them started. Can anyone tell me how much kibble,how much goats milk and how much water to use, to make the gruel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
