Can rats eat rabbit food?

I wonder if you could help me, just realised I have ran out of rat food grrr...and was wondering can rats eat rabbit food? This maybe a completely stupid question but id imagine they were practically the same thing?

It won't hurt for a couple of days. The basic mix is the same but rats get lots of extras added in, such as peanuts, biscuits, sunflowers. Your rats will probably pick out what they like anyway.
