Is this regarded as a non-dairy food? AND -is it really a better substitute for semi-skim cow's milk??

depends on the reason you wnat it for, many people swear by it, my daughter and now my grandson both have goats milk because of a skin condition.
cows milk has larger molecules than goats milk and many people find it hard to digest, I have started to use goats milk now and find that i dont have stomach ache as much.

Thanx for your replies.....I had heard it was beneficial for sinus trouble which I suffer badly from.
I tried goat's milk but did'nt like the taste. I use soya milk now. You can get it plain or sweetened. Dairy product's dont agree with me either:-~
