Yes they will. My brother had a nine month old kitten when he aquired another kitten of the same age (they were brothers but hadn't seen each other since age 6wks).

The one that he had at 6 wks spent about 4 days hissing and actually growling at the newcomer, at one point they thought they would have to get rid of the new one.

They soon settled down though and now they are never apart and love each other to bits!
Give them time, space, love and food in extra measures. As soon as they see theres plenty for everyone they will begin to settle.
Cats are territorial animals, so a pecking order has to be established - that's what all the hissing is about.

They will eventually agree that one is Top Cat, and the other will fit in, apart from occasional spats, which are the norm when cats live together.

It seems distressing to us, but really it is perfectly acceptable cat behaviour, so if you leave them to it, they will sort things out, and get along fine afterwards.
Dont worry, they'll be absolutely fine within the next few days, before you know it they'll be playing together . Are you planning on breeding them?
