Has anyone ever heard of this creature before. I was reading about it the other night and although science has yet to recognise it the mongolians know it is fairly common. Meant to be venomouus and produce electricity.

Have you checked out the 'Centre for fortean Zoology' website ?? they sent a team of scientist (?) to Mongolia.
