Would obtaining planning permission to extend my bungalow for an extra bedroom increase the value of the property?
The property is in a national park and while I don't intend to carry out the work myself . Would a propective buyer pay more for a property with the relevant permissions.

Maybe a little, it all depends wether a prospective buyer would want to build an extra room, but yes I should add a little on to the asking price.
