We have six ducklings with their mother settled on our Pond. They all are the same colour as their Mother (a Mallard) what we would like to know how does one know the sex of young ducklings? None have drake colouring or does this change with time. The ducklings are 10 weeks old.

Young mallards look identical usually through the autumn of their first year. And as duck genitalia is internal, you can't tell just by looking.
you can usually tell by their tail.. if its female the tail tends to be up.. and vice versa for the male.
