Literally hundreds of times - in Birmingham city centre
Yes. Regularly. Absolutely stunning!!
Yep, I have a video somewhere. Mesmerising.
Pretty spectacular. I've seen a few over the years.

They showed some on Winterwatch last week and the formations were awesome.
Starlings seem to like city centres. I used to see murmurations frequently over Sheffield's most central street, Fargate, when I lived in the city. They're also a fairly common site here in East Anglia.
Starlings don't seem to collect in huge numbers in cities any more. I remember growing up in Glasgow the sound of them used to be deafening in the wintertime in the city centre.
Yes, several times. But not for a very long time.
Yes, the Brighton Pier starlings
I live in the Norfolk countryside and have starlings nesting in my roof, grrr! but I have only ever seen them in large numbers like this in city centres. I used to watch them in flight regularly around dusk, from my office window in Norwich and have also seen them overhead in our coastal towns.
This murmuration, filmed here in Suffolk, seems to have a particular beauty to it:

I used to see them regularly over London. We lived near Battersea Power Station when it was still working and they lived there.
Awesome sight!
Nature is wonderful. I wonder how they decide when to land.
