Hello, Bobbs....I think as I arrived you departed....that often happens...... anyway welcome back...... :-)

Blue skies, fluffy little clouds and a very slight and gentle breeze. 21 degrees as I work in the shade chopping branches to make room for a shed and watching folk in Lycra carrying huge rucksacks running past.....they don’t appear to be enjoying it much.... x

Hi Gness thank you, I believe you and I had a mutual friend in the late great and lovely Jill ( Mrs Overall) she spoke very highly of both you and Dave and I had the pleasure of meeting her personally when she was in Newcastle's Freeman hospital after her transplant ,a delightfully funny lady, sadly missed

We did, Bobbs......I met her a few times and she became a wonderful friend. I miss her and the cause of her death so soon after receiving the much longed for transplant still hurts.....x

It was so unfair Gness,waiting so long for it,then it was successful and then tragedy struck, I was away when she went off washing her dishes in heaven bless her as I'd have travelled to say my farewell to her

Bloody unfair, Bobbs ......a few of us went carrying little bunches of Marigolds.....all the petals fell off mine during the service....I know who did that!!!
