Yes....kind of. It's just a fleshy thing at the bottom of their mouths and does not resemble ours in any way......and pretty much all have teeth....although not like mammals do....they have phyrangical (scuse spelling) teeth in the back of their throat just like a bird has a gizzard.
I thought they just had a buccal cavity.
