I'd suggest a trip to the vet would be in order. Just so she can get a check-up, and if there is something wrong the vet should find it. When did you treat her for worms and fleas, and was the medication strong enough to do the job? 'Over the counter' meds aren't nearly as good as the ones your vet can give you. Hope she's ok.
Make sure that she is eating a high quality, high calorie kitten food. She needs all the nourishment she can get so let her eat as much as she wants (tinned and dry) Maybe try giving the kittens some watered down wet food as well to take some of the pressure off of Mum. Might be adventageous to take her to the vet. Did you deworm the kittens as well? They could reinfect mum. Good luck.
I had the exact same problem and I gave her 'science plan' stuff from the vets and poured kitten milk all over it.... she stuffed her face, got fatter then got pregnant again : (
