...solve this little mystery for me please......

Every day at between 12.10 and 12.15 my internet fails.....I switch off, wait and switch on.....
It then works perfectly til exactly the same time the next day and has done this for almost a month now....

Any ideas?....Gx

I would first check the routers configeration to check if there is a sleep time scheduled in

Its a feature on a number of routers that turns of internet connection between certain times designed to ensure your kids are not surfing in their bedrooms after curfew
Mine does that most evenings at some point between 9.15pm and 10.15pm. It doesn't usually matter if I'm only browsing but Saturday evening I was watching a film on Sky Go when it went off and I had to wait and then log back in to Sky Go, find the film, find the bit I'd got to...what a performance. I'll ring Virgin at some point as it's only been happening a couple of months and I was putting it down to weather conditions.

I must admit it was some time before I realised it was the same time every day and only since I changed to PN...x
