We have had blackbirds tapping the window for raisins, for a good many years now'
Almost every day this week, we have had a thrush pop on the sill to pinch a few.. he has just tapped the window, and didn't even fly off when I opened it to put a few out.

Update...
Well, he came in again this morning, but he brought along his Mrs.
She just sat on the gate whilst he ate the raisins. Maybe she will get brave enough to come on the sill, soon.

Lucky you ferlew, I always find thrushes very timid. I'd love to have one come up to the window.
