I would ask a vet, there's sure to be something they can prescribe, otherwise if you have to wait another 11 weeks your home could become badly infested! I don't know if there's anything you can buy over the counter though.
Phone the vet - they're very young but the mother has obviously passed them on and will need treated too.  The vet may be able to give you treatments which you can use yourself to save having to transport them.  And don't use over the counter products - they're not very effective and you really need good advice as much as products here. Good luck.
As far as moving them unless you can block off that room completely, its a losing battle.  However as far as the fleas are concerned, there is a product on the market from Stanford, Connecticut USA, called De Flea pet and area spray. you can find out more at www.naturalchemistry.com or by calling 1-800-668-7760. It can be used on still nursing puppies and kittens.  As well as dogs and cats.  Its made by a company called Natural Chemistry. and also works on ticks, lice, and mites.
oh P.S.  my vet never heard of the product till i showed her. I had to use it on my 4 wk old puppy that was going to die if i didnt take it then from the mother.  the fleas were so bad and he had a mass amount of bacteria in his tummy.  hes fine now .
