I know that they eat carrots and apples and the vet told me wheat'a'bix are good for their tummies but what else? I can't give her lettuce because its makes them sick.

I never heard lettuce was bad, but spinach is
give high fiber food like wheatabix
Can you try some grass or shrubbery, which is what wild rabbits eat? Mine always loved rose blossoms and leaves -- they nibble between the thorns
I remember as a kid  my rabbit loved dandelion leaves

I have been giving her dandelion leaves and now there are none left in my garden.

toast, grass, hay, barley straw, peas, apples carrots, try any greens/fruits she will hav a feast and wont get a runny tummy. i dont recommend weetabix koz its processed food.
I used to give my rabbit shreddies when I ran out of food. For no more than 2 days though, and also he lives in a big outside run so has lots of grass to eat too.  He also enjoys carrot peelings, apple cores, broccoli leftoves etc!

i was in that situation before and i used to give my rabbit crackers only a few but not for more than one day.
