Depends how you treat her now.
If you beat her and kick her, then I think now would be a good time to stop.
If you think you may be playing too rough with her you are probably not. She will let you know if she wants to be left alone. Keep playing with her.
If you think she may not want to be held/cuddled because she is getting older - I doubt it, they never outgrow that.

She will let you know herself what she wants - dogs make it clear when they do not want to do something.   Older dogs can get more tired on walks so keep an eye on her.  They get more aches and pains and can get grumpy.  There teeth can get bad and it is well to get them checked because bad teeth and gums can affect their hearts.  And keep an eye on her for lumps and bumps.   Also if you have been feeding her one meal a day (or even two) start to give her three or four smaller meals.  This will help her digestion.

In fact treat her just as you would treat older people - myself included!  Keep giving her loads of  and cuddles and, as ezapf says, keep playing with her and show her she is loved.
