My SIL's cat has had 5 kittens last night. She wasnt very good with them and my SIL had to break the bags and get them out etc. She seems to be ok now and they are all feeding fine but my SIL thinks there's another one to come still. Should she have had it by now or is it normal to have such a long time difference between them?

I wish people would come back and let us know what's happened.
Hope all is well xx
My friends cat has had 2 litters where the last cat was born 2 days later. The first time the kitten was very still, but she rubbed it and warmed it up and he was fine, Second time all kittens were healthy. She didn't call the vet but her dad is a farmer so they knew what to do.
What makes your SIL think there is still a kitten inside the mum cat?

Sorry for the very late feedback guys! I was so busy yesterday and forgot and today's been just as hectic with my LO's 2nd birthday.
Anyway, all is well there wasnt a 6th kitten after all so false alarm. SIL went to the vets and they said everything is fine. Mummy and babies are so sweet and doing well.
Thanks for the answers :)
Got any piccies, tigwig?
