Rabbits v's mouse

Over the last couple of days a little mouse has been trying to steal the rabbits food (they are biggish rabbits but they seem a bit scared of the mouse). I have seen it twice so it must be about quite a bit (unless it's different mice) - should I just let things be or should I try and catch the mouse (using a humane trap, I'm not offing a little mouse)?

Personally I would leave it be, but then I have a mouse (or more likely, mice) that come and eat from one of my little bird tables. I don't think the rabbits will starve because a tiny mouse and his family are nicking a bit of their food.
But they could breed at an alarming rate, spread disease and cause a lot of damage by chewing holes in everything.
