Electrical Question...

I recently added a dimmer switch to a room with several recessed halogon lights, changed my mind, then added the original switch back.  However, now one of the bulbs will not work.  I've checked the bulb and it's fine (I tried a brand new one).  Any ideas what has happend and how to fix it?  Thanks!
