Is there any way of getting rid of wasps? I seem to have a whole load of them in my garden. I leave my back door open for my dog to go in and out of the garden and I must have at least 10 in the house. I can't see a nest and don't know where they are coming from, they only seem to appear when it is sunny.

I'm having the same trouble caj and the dog insists on chasing them. Having seen a few hovering around the guttering in the evening I'm starting to think they may have a nest under the eaves..........
there will definitely be a nest somewhere in the vicinity, very often in the ground.
Had 2 nest in my front garden one Year fairly close to one another, poured some old car Oil down the holes and set fire to it. Got stung but got rid of the Wasps !!!

lol, they are coming in the back door, I meant beyond that I don't know where they're coming from. I can't see a nest. No flowers in the house but I do have air freshener - maybe thats it. My kitchen is painted white as I've still not got round to decorating it! I don't know why they are even attracted to the back garden, its just muck in it at the moment!

I'm glad my dog isn't chasing them (yet) craft. I hate wasps having had one in my sock when I was younger and putting it on!!

I didn't know they were in the ground redman, I will have a hunt. I think I might get pest control in if there is a nest, I'm a chicken lol!

I keep thinking I hear a buzzing and leaping up, my puppy is delighted, she thinks I'm playing lol
The nests they build are a work of Art but if they become a serious problem for you call out Pest Control as it could be dangerous to tackle them yourself.
There may be a charge for this but if you contact your local Council they might be able to advise.

I use them on my windows instead of nets.....I can see the birds (feathered) & they cant see me.
Money saver to use on nest access at night. A few puffs & wasps go.

yep....mine are green & white, willie wonka would be a great companion :)
I kept getting them in my bedroom and eventually found a nest in the attic. I called the local council and they came out and dealt with it. Can't remember if we had to pay or not.
