Male hamster's bottom !

We have a male hamster, and I know their bottoms are big but today ours looks huge, really elongated !
Any ideas ?

Urgh, that's horrible ! Anyway, perhaps the hamster is constipated so I have given him some cucumber to nibble on and see how he goes.
