There is a website which has a checklist of people to advise, not sure that there is any website that will actually do it for you!

Inform your local Town Hall and Post Office of your new address and if you are a driver the DVLC also the Gas&Water authority and not forgetting your Doctors Surgery. Best of Luck with your Ma-in-law
You may not need this immediately as you're moving in with the outlaws, dr pop, but this site proved invaluable before our move this year. Hope all goes well for you! http://www.flylady.net/pages/Flying_MovingTips.asp

I have moved pretty regularly and the iammoving site is very good check of things to do.
Above all I recommend that you put an immediate request to the post office to have your mail redirected to your inlaws address for at least 3months. It takes a few days to activate so the sooner it is done the better. It will save you a lot of hassle and also put you in good stead with the new occupants of your old property.
