A dog has a wonderful sense of smell,so when you cook your dinner it,s mouth is watering --then you give her buscuit feed which does not smell good to her -- why not make up food for her like I do for my pooch. Cheap mince beef of lamb with mash potato, carrot veg topped up with some gravy granules --she loves it and there is enough to last quite a few days in the fridge. I always leave the buscuits down so she has a few when she fancies.
Bakers buscuits she has .

If my pooch does a wee in the house she gets a smack on the bum then she gets worried .
i would try going back to the other food some dogs just dont get on with some foods, how are things going have wanted bulldog for years getting 1 in the spring fingers x
Diamondlife, you should never hit a dog for doing what comes naturally. she will get confused and think you are punishing her for doing a wee not where she is doing it. if she wees indoors again just pick her up and put her outside then give her lots of praise when she does it outside. Lankeela will probably give you some tips about this also her diet. Personally I would give her a GOOD quality dried food like Burns or Eukanuba, you can't go wrong with these they have everything a dog needs in it's diet. Remember NEVER smack a dog in any circumstances, you will never get any respect from them they will just become frightened of you. Good luck with your pup. Gelda
I give Pickles Iams biscuits and she likes them the best. I add some chopped ham sometimes or some value chicken breasts which I poach in water and then chop. Cook this in bulk and freeze in portions.

The vet said that Bakers is a bit strong for some dogs and recommended Eukanuba (however you spell it!!) or Iams.
Unfortunately Bakers is so readily available and promoted on telly so lots of people use it. Ask any behaviourist and they will tell you that most of the dogs they see are fed on it!

Purina Pro Plan is a good quality extruded food, same with Eukanuba, which means it has been cooked to ensure only the good bits are left in, whereas Bakers is one of the other sorts of food, still containing a lot of bulking agents which also means you have to feed more to get to the same level of nutrition and the dog then poos out all the waste product which you are paying for!

A growing bulldog (or any growing pup) needs a good quality puppy food which is higher in protein to help their bones and muscles form, otherwise you will end up with a bulldog that looks light bones and spindly, more like a Staff.
Bakers Dog Food,

This dog food has 13 different E numbers, and it is high in sugar. Sugar is about the sixth listed ingredient, and dogs don't need it in their diet, but like to a child, sugar is appetising.

In my opinion I would immediately change your dog needs a sensible diet, a poor diet will lead to other problems later..........Have a look at Arden Grange, James Wellbeloved, Hills..try and stay away from the more commercal dog food such as bakers, pedigree chum etc

Young dogs have a lots of energy in need of release (and you are doubling this by giving extra Sugar). Lack of exercise or being locked in confined areas without activity could increase the risk of having a hyperactive dog. The wrong diet for your dog, including poor nutrition such as artificial coloring and flavoring in his food increase the risk of having a hyperactive dog.

Hope I have helped a bit.
