is it possible to have a dog that is a west highland white terrier crossed with an english spring spaniel?

also what happens if a large dog gets a small bitch pregnant, will the small bitch be able to cope or are the pups small based on her size?

yes that cross is possible.

If the bitch is much smaller than the dog then yes this puts the bitch at great risk, also of course the pups.
