why does my weight fluctuate by 3-4 pounds daily, one morning I can be 9st 1lb then the next 9st 4lb then back down to 9st 1lb.

People's weight will alter daily based on fluid levels and how much bulk is in their intestines (and not excreted in stools yet). Some women will gain more weight prior to their menstruation because of hormonal fluxuations.
