Do you think that this fact is significant enough to warrant my going to the pub to celebrate? Or should I go in order to mourn the fact that from now on daylight gets shorter? Or should I go for both reasons? What a dilemma!

PS: We get 15 hrs, 28 mins, and 31 secs of daylight.
London gets 16, 38, and 22.
Glasgow gets 17, 35, and 16.

Wasn't that interesting?

Yes, a few miles outside Glasgow. The sun is splitting the trees and the roses are blooming. The wine will be getting opened shortly.

I've got family over in Canada; in Newmarket, Ontario.

That's about a one-hour drive away from me.

Would love to go over and visit them someday. For no other reason than to try the Tim Hortons coffee that my great uncle seems to be addicted to!

I just thought there might be some recipes that you didn't have. I didn't realize that the growing season was so short.
