insurance but no mot

My car was stolen from my driveway after my house being burgled. We have only just realized that we did not get the MOT renewed. It ran out in July 2007. Where do we stand with this. Are we still insured.

Yes youll be insured. The car was on driveway and not in use. It has to be MOTd to be driven legally.
Was your Vehicle Licence (road tax) valid Fin?

yes the tax does not run out until 31/10/07
get it moted asap and no one will be any the wiser.

gsr600, i bet theres garages about thatd do it pmsl.
MOT/TAX irrelevant, car not in use, stolen. No issues, Insurers should pay no problem.
