Was it not an Anchor butter advert? I seem to remember a little tune at the end that went "From the Anchor dairy, pure and simple"

It was for Anchor spreadable butter. The cows heads are by the same person who creates stuff for weabl-stuff. (not sure if its spelt right) but do a search. There is a great cartoon in the same style as the cows but about a super hero.
