A couple of years ago Gary Oldman did a number of ads for Barclays Bank. Can anyone remember them and, who did the music for the first one. I seem to think that it may have been Goldfrapp

Haven't got a clue about the music, but someone may recognise it from the video clip.

It was indeed Goldfrapp. The song is called Lovely Head and comes from their debut album Felt Mountain (before they went all glam rock/electro disco).
