What is the piece of music half-used in the kronenberg advert where it says 1664 was a bad year for composing? Haven't a clue on classical music by the way!

I always assumed it was just made up for the advert.

No i've heard it before as it contains quite a loud glockenspeil (don't know if thats spelt correctly) part.
