Yup, there's a little thing at the corner of the screen that says their name and what branch they work in!

Also they were only paid a nominal fee for being in those adverts, the black guy is now back in his old job. His voice in the most recent animated version of the advert was copied and 'done' by a cockney actor! Shocking.
