Desperate Housewives - Juicy

It's been bugging me for a long long time.

In this Desperate housewives advert, the EXACT same one as the official Season 2 "Juicy" promo, Showtime (TV Land) has the exact same one with a different song though.

Instead of "Juicy" by Better than Ezra, there is a song sung by this woman that goes something like (I'm not so sure about some of the lyrics, but very sure for most.)

If "juicy" is in brackets, it's because she pronounces it "jew-say" It's really catchy.
