I know butter tastes nicer, but what do you normally choose to spread on your bread? Do you believe Flora is better for you?

Butter is naturally churned. Flora comes from a factory and is unnatural.

Butter.
I have never and will never use a 'spread', butter every time for me.
Butter, always butter. I read some time ago that 'they' had got it wrong and butter isn't bad for us at all. Makes no difference to me either way, I will always prefer butter.
Butter!
Although I don't see why it is so expensive when milk is so cheap. Might start making my own
butter
Really easy apparently, hc.
It is, ummmm. I'm definitely going to do it next week

What about Floras claims to lower cholesterol though?
Along with a controlled diet. It won't lower cholesterol on it's own.
I must have had an attention to detail boost this morning. While unwrapping a fresh block of Anchor butter I noticed it's made in the west country.
For some reason I thought it was from New Zealand, maybe because I feel like I'm paying air freight rates with the price of it.
Butter on my toast, crackers, and crumpets please :-)
It probably does reduce cholesterol if you eat it every day but I'd prefer to have the fortified mini yoghurt drink that contains the same amount of plant sterols as the Flora
Always butter.
Usually use one of the reduced cholesterol claim ones.

Im surprised. I thought more people used Flora nowadays.
According to both Flora (obviously) and Heart UK Flora Proactive DOES reduce cholesterol by up to 10% without being on a controlled diet

Thank you hc, I thought I remembered dancing cows fed on NZ pasture. :-)
There's an Anchor sign on Britain's finest butter, it's the Anchor sign that tells you it's best.....
