The music tracks should be downloaded into a Limewire downloads folder.  Open folder, right click on track, send to  WMP.  When WMP opens click on the green + button, and add to playlist!  Hope that helps.

Sorry I should have said right click on track then "open with"  WMP.

or right click explore and it will open the shared music folder containing your new download and enable you to save to playlist
