Who is 'Angel' by?

A song that I love is apparently called Angel, though it may not be, and is apparently by Nine Inch Nails, but I know for a fact that its not and the website I got it off is wrong. If you know it, please tell me who sings it! Here are the lyrics;

etc, it has a kinda male group backing chrous. If you know it or even just the name of the song, just in case I'm wrong, I'd be so appreciative! Angel is such a common song name...
