I have a software product / service that I am beginning to market. Most of my clients will also need additional hardware (specialized PCs) to use the software. I know I can set myself up as a reseller through Ingram Micro (or similar providers) and also make money and hardware sales. I know very little about this. Are there any how-to guides for this? I am just trying to understand the logic of it - will I be billing the client and then order from Ingram? Or Do I make the client buy from Ingram and collect commission? Any other sources similar to Ingram worth checking out? Any tips on where to start?
