Halifax advert

Are the members of the choir who sing in the advert, people who work for the Halifax?
Do you know if they have made an album as I think they sound quite good.

The official Youtube channel for the Halifax Bank states that the choir members really are employees of the bank:

However there seems to be no album available.

I don't think they're all employees. I recognise one of the girls from Over the Rainbow... Claire I think her name was.

They certainly used to be when they started making those adverts - the guy Howard definitely worked there.

yes, i recognised her too (from her unusual hair)
perhaps he does work there though -she went out quite quick (ps wasn't it the dorothy one?)

The wording on the Halifax Youtube channel is actually this:
"We are proud to confirm the Halifax Choir features more than 100 real Halifax colleagues".

That's not the same though as saying that ALL of the choir are employees. Perhaps some actors were also used to 'front' the choir?

Over the Rainbow was the Dorothy one :-) Maybe they got some singers and stuck them near the microphones lol!
