Halifax advert - are they still real staff?

I always understood that the staff in the Halifax adverts were all real staff. I mean they always plugged the fact that Mr Brown in the singing adverts was.

Todays 'Doctors' had a mad office manager played, I am 99% sure, by the same woman who does the 'Isa Isa Baby' advert for Halifax...

Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners, which is the advertising agency behind the current Halifax campaign, has abandoned the policy of using real staff.

The annoying 'ISA ISA' ad features Fliss Walton, who also appeared as Amelia in 'Doctors':
