I know this isn't a question but am so proud as I have just burned my first ever cd, and I'm a 60yr old pensioner, am so delighted as I cannot even download a free anti-virus. Don't ban me - just share in my joy!!

Fastbarry who do you think the Ed is eh????but I'm not admitting to anything.
Tut Tut TomTom, I assume that was a slip, and you intended to write "not many people of any age..."
Well done - I share your joy.
I wouldn't know whee to start and I'm not as old as you.
I burnt a dvd the other day - i reckon i left it in the oven too long.

Very well done netibiza - but not so much of the 'old' - I'm only 3 yrs behind you LOL!

My sister is 61 & only started using a computer last year. She is already scanning, downloading, uploading, e-mailing 24/7 & is yearning for more.

The sky's the limit net! -x-

That really made me laugh Potatoman!
Well done netibiza.
Age is just a number. Nobody is 'too old' to do anything.
My dad is 71 this year, and since he got a mobile phone he hasn't stopped. He had a computer bought for him, and now he does Internet shopping, Internet banking, books his holidays and flights online, emailing, finds all sorts of things while surfing. His latest is a GPS satellite navigation system to take around with him when he's driving. He's more 'techie' than me and I work in IT!
congrats - well done.
