Can you remember what you wanted when you were 18?

Besides money. I will be sending her money but would like to get her a present to open on the day.

Depends on her circumstances - at 18 I had not long bought my own flat so was happy to get stuff for that.

Well I was thinking of sending her £200 so about £100 on a present.

She's living with her Dad in Ireland.....miles from the nearest town. She's still in school.

ahhhh they had split up so both had to get their "own" presents - suited me :-)

do you have anythign of sentimental value liek a peice of jewellery that has belonged to you and you want to pass on, i have a necklace that my mum used to wear when i was a baby and i have it now, it means more to me than any of the other stuff
