Arts and crafts in Lisbon

I'm visiting Lisbon, Portugal in a couple of weeks and am particularly interested in Arts and Crafts.

Can anyone recommend any good museums or galleries to visit. Trendy crafty cafe's etc?

Also where to buy craft materials - especially knitting yarn.

Any info on this topic most welcome - thanks.
