Good Morning Early Birds!

Thursday. Just looked out the front door. Wet 'n windy...The weather, not me! Not much to do indoors, so it's out to get the paper and back to laze on the recliner. All domesticity done yesterday. I had a long chat with my gorgeous GP yesterday PM. Always fun. :o}

calm here weather wise, like yesterday which turned into quite a nice day, not exactly summer but not bad for october.

Morning emmie xxx Yesterday was OK here, but the wind is very cold.

ok, but the pain is still bad, i go walkabout for an hour or if i am feeling brave a little longer but boy do i suffer for it. Knees are so bad, nothing alleviates the problem, and my back hurts when i stand too long.

sorry to be so negative, but i don't know what to do. i was told exercise is good but walking is a nightmare....

You have my sympathy emmie. That's not good at all.

no, i try and stay positive, but pain is pain, and it spoils the time i go out.. moan over..

I know exactly how you feel on that emmie. The only advantage I have is no stairs to contend with.

yep four flights of stairs, i am just able to get up them, i don't want to move, i have been here for over 43 years and it's my nest so to speak.

It would be good if they installed a lift.

Just had a look outside. I might not be going out today.

its too small a block, there are only eight flats, so no space for a lift.

why not go out, is it raining, as it's clear here for the moment...

A wet night, even the cats won't go out.
I ventured out on the scooter yesterday then slept until midnight!
